Like it or not, the Air Navigation Order mandates that Microlight Aircraft remain within certain weight limits, the empty weight and the maximum all up weight. All Microlights must be weighed at intervals not exceeding 5 years.

For legal and safety reasons you need to know how heavy your aircraft is.

EeziWeigh uses high quality  INTERCOMP®  wireless roll on/roll off  Racing Scales, laser levelling equipment and digital measuring.

No lifting of wings or swapping scales around and definitely no bathroom scales.

As a BMAA Microlight Inspector, I can also provide you with a weight & balance sheet for your aircraft. This is calculated using the BMAA approved Weight & Centre of Gravity spreadsheet Form AW028 available to the Inspectorate.

Flexwing Microlights obviously only require an empty weight schedule.
