For all of our systems we give you a configuration set-up service that is included in the price. GSM/MMS alarms work perfectly providing that they are set-up correctly. They are not as easy as a standard mobile phone is to set up, even people converse with Gateways's and IP addresses can find it difficult to get all the parameters right. We do this everyday, it is our job, leave it to the experts and relax.
